1. Boil 1/2 gallon of spring or distilled water in a stainless steel pot.
2. Stir in .25 oz of Soursop leaves, cover pot.
3. Let it steep for 30 minutes on low heat.
4. Add honey and/or cinnamon to sweeten

Drink one cup every night before bed, and/or in the morning with food.
