SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will I receive my order?
Your order is typically shipped within 1-2 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail for most shipments, with guaranteed 3-5 business day delivery. Total lead time is approximately 5-7 business days after you place your order. Weekend orders ship first thing Monday morning.
Where is my tracking number?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email from USPS with live tracking information. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or contact us at jamaicanherbal@gmail.com.
Is my shipment discreet?
Yes. All package contents are concealed in opaque envelopes or boxes. Your privacy is important to us.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery from our Lauderdale Lakes location. Delivery zones: 0-5 miles ($7.99), 5-10 miles ($9.99), 10-20 miles ($19.99). Select "Local Delivery" at checkout.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at jamaicanherbal@gmail.com or call (954) 730-8894 to start a return. Perishable goods, health/personal care items, and sale items cannot be returned.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

How do I manage my subscription?
Visit our Manage My Subscription page. You can update delivery frequency, skip orders, swap products, or cancel anytime. You will need the email associated with your subscription to log in.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime through the subscription management portal. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
