Jamaica Herbal 30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Supplements and herbal products must be unopened and unused in their original sealed packaging.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Juice bar beverages and fresh-prepared items are non-refundable.

Return Methods

  • In-Store Returns: Bring your item and receipt to either location:
    • 4273 N State Rd 7, Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319
    • 8026 W McNab Rd, North Lauderdale, FL 33068
  • Mail Returns: Ship the item to our Lauderdale Lakes location with your order number included. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on mail returns.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at your preference.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange unopened items for a different product of equal or greater value. Visit either store location or contact us to arrange an exchange.
