How to Use
Wash your sea moss thoroughly under running water to remove any ocean salt. Soak it in spring or distilled water for 12-24 hours (it will expand and lighten in color). Blend the soaked moss with fresh water until smooth — you'll get a beautiful gel you can store in the fridge for up to 10 days. For a first time user of sea moss, I can say my experience has been good. When I learned about it, I understood it had a very high number of minerals in it, somewhere close to the 90 range. When I received this particular sea moss, the package stated it had 13 and I was expecting it to have much more. However, I used the product anyway to see how it would work. I had a good experience but would rather reap the benefits of a sea moss that has more minerals.
Excellent choice of minerals. No aches or pain in joints. Minerals over vitamins any day. I recommend this product for anyone.
