I’ve only been using my blackseed bitter for maybe two weeks and a half and I will be honest with you guys if U yarn something sweet this drink WILL NOT be it..However, it is BITTER and not the most tastiest drink but it serves great benefits. My experience is still fresh in but I will say this for a woman with very heavy cycles and strong cramps, ladies this will assist with that issues before it comes. It doesn’t recommend while on the cycle but before it came I definitely took shots to the head not knowing what I was getting myself into but I think it helped A lot with my heavy flow.. and I Trust I’ve tried everything. Coming from a woman with reoccurring fibroids this drink helped with my heavy flow and a little more.. My cramps are still there but tolerable. I’ll check back in another month from now to update. Oh and be aware of the energy u will have plus bathroom meetings because it will Flush u and create hella energy.
