Made from the leaves and stems of the Bitter Melon (Bitter Gourd) plant, Cerasse is used throughout Jamaica and the Caribbean as a potent blood purifier.

Though native to Africa, the Middle East and Caribbean, Cerasee can now be found all over the world. The Bitter Melon fruit it produces is incorporated into many Indian and Chinese dishes.
