Epazote (Semi Contra) | Digestive Health Support

Epazote commonly called Semi Contra or Wormseed was first cultivated in South America. It grew in popularity for its ability to help rid the body of intestinal worms and parasites.

How to Prepare:

Boil 2 oz of Epazote Herb in one gallon of water for 5 minutes and let sit for one hour with heat off.

How to Use:

As a worm or parasite cleanse - Drink 1-2 cups daily for at least seven days.

To alleviate bloating or gas - 1 cup of tea as desired
