I think it's great. I wanna do it again. HOWEVER please read the directions when it says make sure you do this on a day with no plans or work, etc. It says one day but definitely make sure you have two Free days cause I know for fact you WILL be going to the bathroom A LOT multiple times. Which is good cause you're cleansing but PLEASE for the sake of yourself don't be out in public especially don't go on any dates or be at work you will regret it. But if you stay home you will definitely not regret doing this cause it's so cleansing with great ingredients. Also a heads up it tastes really bad but the ingredients are amazing so it's better than having something filled with artificial crap that tastes great but doesn't cleanse you as well as this does. Just be prepared it doesn't taste good but this is to cleanse your body not drink something that tastes good. If you care about the results, you should be fine and not have that as your main concern.
