RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our commitment to your satisfaction with every purchase.
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Some health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts (not due to our error), or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as processing time varies. Next, contact your bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at jamaicanherbal@gmail.com.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at jamaicanherbal@gmail.com and send your item to: Jamaica Herbal, 4273 N State Rd 7, Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
